Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once we review your claim, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
