ABOUT OLD MAN BRAND

Old Man Brand was built for those who grew up skating and surfing whatever swell they could find.

Now we’re older. Maybe a little slower. Maybe a little louder when we stand up. But we still have more than enough fight in us. We’ll still paddling out into anything. Attempt skate moves we probably “shouldn’t”. We’re still chasing that same feeling that got us hooked in the first place.

I personally never stopped surfing, but I did recently get back into skating… and it is humbling to say the least. But I was so inspired by so many other folks around my age, and some even way older, that I wanted to celebrate this quasi-punk-rock-with-graying-hair movement & attitude with this brand.

This brand is for us “older” folks who never aged out of surf and skate culture — or have found their way back to it. We have with jobs, families, mortgages, old injuries, and a garage full of boards we swear we’ll still use.

Old Man Brand is about staying in it. Not trying to be 18 again. Not pretending the knees don’t hurt. Just showing up, having fun, and proving that the stoke does not have an expiration date.

Same stoke. Just more mileage.
